Having Robert as the Selling Agent made the process quite easy. He came up with a competitive analysis for the neighborhood and suggested a good listing price. He organized everything beforehand, from window and deck cleaning to staging to landscaping. All was taken care of in an efficient matter. Based on this, the house sold in record time. Escrow and other paperwork related issues were also monitored by him to make it a smooth process.
